2011 Gray Wolf Partially Delisted from the ESA in Wyoming, Montana, Idaho

2011 US Congress passes legislation to partially delist the gray wolf from the ESA in Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, and parts of Utah, Washington, and Oregon.  9^th Circuit upholds Congressional action in a 9-0 vote.
