Hunter Nation Arizona - February 2026 Update
February was a big month for Hunter Nation Arizona chapter. We continued building strong partnerships, expanding our reach, and doubling down on conservation and grassroots engagement across the state.
February 7th – Roundtable for Conservation
Hunter Nation Arizona took part in a productive round-table discussion with Arizona Sportsmen for Wildlife Conservation, Conserve and Protect Arizona, and Hunter Nation.
The event was sponsored by Outdoor Experience for All, and we’re especially grateful to Eddy Corona — President of Outdoor Experience for All and Advisor for Hunter Nation Arizona — for hosting and bringing everyone together.
The conversation focused on collaboration, conservation priorities, voter engagement, and how we can continue strengthening the voice of Arizona sportsmen.
Hunter Nation President Keith Mark joined us and shared insight into how our grassroots model supports Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) efforts and advances conservation-minded public policy.
When leaders and organizations come together like this, we’re stronger — and Arizona hunters benefit.
Western Hunting Expo – Salt Lake City
Hunter Nation had a strong showing at the Western Hunting Expo in Salt Lake City.
The energy was incredible. Thousands of hunters, conservationists, outfitters, and industry leaders came together to celebrate the hunting way of life and talk about the future of wildlife conservation in America.
We hosted a meet and greet with Ted Nugent that brought a lot of excitement and great conversations to our booth. Events like this give us the chance to connect directly with sportsmen who care deeply about protecting our traditions.
Just as important, we spent valuable time learning and collaborating with other Hunter Nation leaders from around the country. I had the opportunity to connect with Chris Vaughan, Wisconsin State Director, and Kelby Seanor, Alabama and Georgia State Director. Sharing ideas and best practices across states helps us sharpen our strategy here in Arizona and continue growing our membership and impact.
February 16th – Speaking at LD14 Republicans
On February 16th, I had the opportunity to speak at the LD14 Republicans meeting to share more about who Hunter Nation is, what we stand for, and how we’re educating hunters across Arizona while strengthening our grassroots GOTV efforts.
It was a packed room with more than 100 engaged patriots who care about the future of our state and the preservation of our hunting heritage.
I was honored to speak alongside Congressman Andy Biggs, Sheriff Mark Lamb, and Greg Roeberg for Arizona AG. It was a strong evening centered on civic engagement, conservation, and making sure Arizona hunters have a clear and informed voice.
Events like this allow us to connect directly with community leaders and voters who want to protect our outdoor traditions and pass them on to the next generation.
Looking Ahead
February showed what’s possible when we work together — across organizations, across states, and across generations.
Hunter Nation Arizona remains focused on:
- Protecting the right to hunt
- Promoting the hunting way of life
- Expanding and protecting wildlife habitat
- Building a strong, informed grassroots community of sportsmen
We’re grateful for the volunteers, partners, and members who continue to step up.
The momentum is real — and we’re just getting started.
